Hazem Fessi and OneFin Capital cold called me to see if I wanted money for my business and then Hazem Fessi and OneFin Capital did a bait and switch into a high risk MCA with usurious interest rates and unmanageable payment plans. I told them to stop calling me and they call every day. Once I gave them my personal information (such as my social security number) I started getting calls from more than a dozen different lenders saying that OneFin Loans gave my info to them. Are you freaking kidding me!!!

It’s like once you get on the list you can never get off of it. Nobody is listening and nobody cares about my complaint. I’m highly considering filing a TCPA lawsuit against them.
Review For OneFin Capital & Hazem Fessi – Busted! I caught these guys selling me info to other lenders after I submitted an application. I did not authorize them to send other people my personal information such as social, EIN, date of birth,, etc. This might be turing into an identity theft issue at this point. I can’t believe I every trusted them!!!

His primary objective is to steal money from innocent people and he typically calls from his cell number (619) 382-8801. If he asks for your social security number you probably found the right guy. Watch out for this scammer – alert local authorities if he tries to extort you.
